Cuddle Therapy
Cuddle therapy is a therapy for anyone who lacks physical touch or experiences stress and anxiety. Through platonic touch, this therapy can provide a sense of comfort, reduce cortisol levels, and boost oxytocin (the “feel-good” hormone), improving mood and well-being.
Cuddle therapy can be healing for people who are experiencing isolation, touch deprivation, attachment issues, or lack of affection.
I want these sessions to be truly relaxing, caring, and comfortable for you. This is your time, and sessions can be fully guided based on your preference.
So what happens…in a cuddle therapy session?
During a cuddle therapy session, a cuddler creates a safe place for clients to experience bonding and human warmth in a non-sexual way.
After a short conversation I will guide you through some breathing techniques to help you feel relaxed we can then incorporate eye contact, hugging, sharing conversation or quiet hand holding playing and stroking hair and various cuddle positions.
Cuddling is a platonic non-sexual activity and everyone is always fully clothed you must agree not to touch areas that would be covered by a bikini.
The absolute minimum clothing would be a top and shorts there is no kissing, grinding or anything sexual, If you do become aroused don’t worry I will make sure it doesn’t affect our session.
My cuddle therapy room is used only for my cuddle sessions this room is a comfortable space that will make you feel relaxed and safe.
